Principle of Engine 4 Cycle

In Engine there are kinds of  Combustion ,
Direct Combustion and Indirect Combustion
From the photo beside is direct combustion. Because this is popular for motorcycle or car combustion.

There are 4 step how engine works (4 cycle Engine).
1. Intake
2. Compresion
3. Combustion expansion
4. Exhaust

1. Intake (1st Cycle)
First moving piston run down with intake O2 to a chamber ( room combustion / liner) until full down. This room take O2 with valve open so way to chamber flow oxigen.

2. Compresion (2nd Cycle)
In compression. Valve intake and valve exhaust close.so piston move to top up compressing O2 and beside it fuel from injection spray so there are 3 elements : Air,fuel and hot , Compression bigger and give effect hot of chamber.

3. Combustion Expansion (3rd Cycle)
Chamber filled Air,fuel and hot so happend combustion at chamber. like bombing in a room chamber.it effect to piston move down. Injection of fuel stopped .

4. Exhaust (4th Cycle)
Last cycle is exhaust to out of combustion. so room chamber clean of combustion. Valve exhaust opening.
it will loop until engine turned off by user.

Tips Engine Checking for Motorcycle

Here some of Criteria of Engine Checking for Motorcycle as a simple way. If you want to know about quality or how your engine do better should you test your engine by remove and measure all of component that important. But if you want test your engine of motorcycle as simple way first you do :

1. Physically Checking

See all of component in your engine, Whether there are some of part that broken or there are leakage in your engine. Also check for cable or plug first before testing engine. This is need accuracy of our eye. So attention your engine.

2. Checking Oil Volume

Oil in an Engine is very important, oil will give lubrication. So checking your oil level. Level must in area not too low and not too high. if oil too low it will impact for less lubrication in engine so engine easy to broken. but if oil in engine too high it will impact for engine overheating. thats not good for engine. So level always in area standart.

3. Checking Voice

Before checking voice of engine, first you start / turn on your engine. Hear about a voice your engine. Actually this is use for experience people, but you can do it. compare with other engine. If your engine is good voice is normally, but if voice are different it there are broken in your engine. NOTE: "Oil level in position high will give your voice of engine be good, so check level oil first.give in normally level." 

4. Chasis Aligment

See about chasis aligment, from tire front and tire rear. it must linier with engine.

5. Test Drive

Check your engine with test drive if you want to feel about your engine quality. Before it test with high idling or low idling. You can test drive your motorcycle on the road. Attention your safety. Use helm and other safety.

See and ask about spare part at your shop in your area and don't forget about guarantee motor or spare part that want to buy it.

Size of Engine
Size of engine is very important to consider, because it will impact for servicing and your motorcycle running. Quantity in cc . If cc is bigger your motor will running fastly.

Service Motorcycle
Ask about servicing or you can see on your town how about service motorcycle that want you buy. The most important is After Sales Service.

Choosing brand that popular believe that other people knew. So the best motorcycle in your hand.
