Principle of Engine 4 Cycle

In Engine there are kinds of  Combustion ,
Direct Combustion and Indirect Combustion
From the photo beside is direct combustion. Because this is popular for motorcycle or car combustion.

There are 4 step how engine works (4 cycle Engine).
1. Intake
2. Compresion
3. Combustion expansion
4. Exhaust

1. Intake (1st Cycle)
First moving piston run down with intake O2 to a chamber ( room combustion / liner) until full down. This room take O2 with valve open so way to chamber flow oxigen.

2. Compresion (2nd Cycle)
In compression. Valve intake and valve exhaust close.so piston move to top up compressing O2 and beside it fuel from injection spray so there are 3 elements : Air,fuel and hot , Compression bigger and give effect hot of chamber.

3. Combustion Expansion (3rd Cycle)
Chamber filled Air,fuel and hot so happend combustion at chamber. like bombing in a room chamber.it effect to piston move down. Injection of fuel stopped .

4. Exhaust (4th Cycle)
Last cycle is exhaust to out of combustion. so room chamber clean of combustion. Valve exhaust opening.
it will loop until engine turned off by user.
